How to overcome boredom

Boredom is a disease that affects the mind and slowly progresses. You can be in a room and feel occupied, wholly or entirely bored. It is a state of being.

The best way to overcome boredom is to keep yourself occupied, even with minor tasks. The human mind is like a muscle with incredible repetitive capacity.

What you do every day is who you become. So the best way to keep yourself occupied is to train the brain. For example, reading a book, even if you read one chapter daily, you start developing a habit and keep yourself occupied.

Then if you start adding to that, like writing down a summary of what you read and then drawing a picture of it, little by little, you will get more creative and your life will become less boring and more productive.

There is always something to do. Your mind is not occupied, even if you live nowhere with no friends. You can still find stuff to do, for example, gardening, watching a movie, writing a movie script, or joining a gym.
