How to handle fear maturely and effortlessly

I used to have a horrible fear of heights; I would freeze at only five feet. Then one day, I decided to climb a playground ladder and jump with the encouragement of some friends. I jumped. Once I did it, I realized it wasn’t as big and scary as my mind made it out to be. The mental blockage created a massive wall between me and five feet lower.
As a thirty-six-year-old man, I can confirm that every fear in life is like that. Here is a simple way to overcome that seemingly impossible wall holding you back.
Get into a deep, relaxed state using some binaural beats or any music you prefer, and visualize yourself doing the accomplishment you are trying to accomplish. Do it at least ten times step by step in your mind before you do it.
